Richard Johannsen, CPA
Richard Johannsen holds a bachelor's in accounting from Utah State. He is the father to six children and enjoys traveling and cooking. He started Johannsen CPA in Kuna, Idaho and now serves clients throughout Idaho. He enjoys explaining tax concepts in a simple way to his clients and values clear communication. Richard works with clients and businesses across several industries and aims to expand his skillset every year.
Ashley Burdine
Ashley leads customer relations and marketing, keeping communication flowing smoothly while bringing creativity to the company through her Graphic Design background. As a military wife and lifelong military family member, she values connection, adaptability, and service. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, Kendall, and her English Bulldog, Remi, soaking up the sun, and creating new travel adventures with family and friends.
Kylee Overall
Kylee brings professionalism, expertise, and a strong accounting background to the team, helping ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Boise State University, providing a strong foundation for her accounting and business expertise. As a busy mom of three—Bella, Bergan, and Andrew—she has mastered the art of staying organized, managing priorities, and making sure every task gets completed. Outside the office, Kylee enjoys soaking up the sunshine and spending time with her family. She is also a proud baseball mom who loves cheering on her kids from the sidelines and supporting them in all their activities.
Dallin Johannsen
Dallin brings energy and dedication to the team while pursuing his degree at Idaho State University, where he plans to graduate in 2026. Outside of the office, he is a talented tattoo artist and enjoys staying active through weight training and participating in Boise’s local Run Club. When he’s not working or training, he loves spending time with his two spoiled cats, Dianne and Harley.
Shoreline, Chief of Happiness (COH)
Shoreline is our lead Chief of Happiness Officer. He maintains workplace morale through tail wags, surprise visits, and mandatory cuddle breaks. He ensures all employees receive adequate emotional support and occasional judgmental stares.
